Create a video or animate an image
Choose the right video tool, supply its inputs and follow the job in Tasks.
Choose your video tool
Video tools can start from text, an image, first and last frames or reference images. Choose an available tool or creation card in Chat; each tool has its own required inputs and models.
- Start in Chat and choose the video tool you need.
- Add the required image or references when the tool asks for them.
- Describe the action and camera movement, then select the offered duration and aspect ratio.
- Review the credit quote and confirm before starting the generation.
Follow the job
Video work can be queued or running before a result is ready. Open Tasks to check progress and open the result when it finishes. A result also appears among your saved creations when it is available.
When animating a still image, describe what should move and how the camera should behave. Keep the request focused so the result is easier to assess.
Cancel or retry when offered
Tasks offers Cancel for queued video jobs. It does not offer the same action for every running task. If a video fails, Retry is offered after the refund has been confirmed.
Read the retry credit cost before continuing. A retry is a new generation, and completion time or a particular visual result is not guaranteed.
