Find and download your creations
Open saved media, inspect the original and recover from a download error.
Open the saved result
Open Library and search or filter for the creation. Select an image or video to open its preview. For a recent task, you can also use Open result in Tasks.
- Select the creation you want to keep.
- Expand the preview if you need a closer look.
- Choose Download in the preview panel.
If the download fails
Check the connection and try again. If the panel offers Open original after a download error, use it to open the file directly.
A preview error does not necessarily mean the original is unavailable. Try the download control. If both fail, send support the creation or task reference and the visible error.
Keep working with an image
When offered, Edit image and Animate carry the selected image into a new creation request. Review the inputs, model and credit quote before confirming. A new request can use additional credits.
