Find your way around the workspace

Choose the right place to start

Start in Chat for writing, questions and creative work. Choose a creation tool or card for media, add the required inputs and review the quote before confirming. Projects groups related work, while Documents holds readable source files.

Find something you made earlier

Recent conversations appear in the sidebar. Library brings saved media and conversation files together. Tasks shows progress and links to results; websites also appear in Sites.

1. Open Search workspace in the sidebar, or press ⌘ K on Mac or Ctrl K on Windows.
2. Search for a name or a phrase from the work you are looking for.
3. Open the matching conversation, project, document or creation.

If your work is missing

Clear search and category filters, then check that you are signed in to the account you used to create the work. A loading error is different from an empty workspace: use Try again or refresh when the page reports that it could not load.

For a creation still in progress, check Tasks before submitting the request again.
