Start a conversation and find its tools

Use the welcome composer with model selection, credit estimates and attachments.

Start with a brief

Open a new conversation and type into the centered message field, or choose a starting card. The microphone writes an editable draft; the waveform button opens Voice conversation. Review the selected model and credit reservation estimate below the input. Actual usage is charged against your available balance.

Start a new chat

Find tools in the plus menu

Open + for images, documents, Library and Google Drive when that connection is available. The menu also opens media creation, brand campaigns, model comparison and collaboration, source settings, next instructions, memory and draft sync. Available actions depend on the current conversation and account.

Continue after sending

After the first accepted request, the same composer expands to the bottom of the conversation. You can keep drafting while a reply is generated. Review selected attachments and use the send button or your configured keyboard shortcut. Stop ends the current response; it does not erase earlier messages.
