Using Twelva text messages
Twelva text messages use the registered messaging brand TWELVEBIRDS AI LABS.
Twelva text messages are an optional service for Twelva account holders. If you add your mobile number in the Assistant settings, agree to receive texts and confirm the number with a code, Twelva texts you verification codes, replies from your assistant, reminders you set and notices about tasks you hand to the assistant, and you can text the assistant from that number.
Message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email hello@twelva.ai. To stop, reply STOP; we will confirm by text and send no more messages unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Do not use text messages for emergencies. Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and messages.
